
Transitional Employment
The Transitional Employment (TE) Program is designed to integrate Clubhouse members into meaningful job opportunities through partnerships with local businesses. In addition to enhancing workplace productivity, TE placements empower members to rebuild self-confidence, strengthen their skills, and take important steps toward long-term employment.

What Is transitional Employment?

Temporary, part-time jobs (usually 12-20 hours per week)

The member is placed 6 to 9 months

Jobs are in the competitive employment market

Clubhouse staff train members for the job and provide on-the-job support as needed.

If the member is unable to attend the scheduled shift, the placement manager will step in to ensure coverage
