Our intake process is designed to help us get to know you, understand your goals, and ensure you feel at home from day one. It’s more than just paperwork—it’s the first step toward becoming part of something truly special.
To qualify for membership, individuals must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have received a diagnosis of a mental health condition at any time in their life

Must be enrolled in Medi- Cal

Medi- Cal eligible individuals may qualify for services.
If you meet our membership criteria, we invite you to tour our program. To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend calling (760) 439-2785 in advance to schedule your visit.
Attend Orientation
Once your membership interest form is received, the program will verify eligibility. Our Intake and Eligibility Coordinator will reach out to set up an orientation appointment.
